A group coaching via teleseminar is like a conference call with fellow participants from many different locations seeking for answer in the same area, in this case "Goal Setting".
From anywhere with telephone access, you can participate in these classes. Simply place a phone call to a specific number at a given time and you'll be connected to a virtual classroom of fellow participants (your long distance carrier will charge you for the call).
